Smarter Keywords, Filtered Goals, and a Fresh Start for Fitness

This release is all about clarity, consistency, and helping users move forward, both literally and figuratively. We’re introducing a powerful new Keyword system that streamlines how tags are managed and used across all CMS tools, ensuring greater ease-of-use, accuracy, and insight. Alongside this, a new keyword filtering function adds a layer of precision when determining what types of goals are best suited for specific pages. And rounding things out, we’re very excited to launch Easing into Exercise, a modernized take on our foundational beginner fitness program, LivingFit.

Smarter, Simpler Keywords Across the CMS

We’ve completely redesigned how keywords work in Avidon to make content management more consistent, intuitive, and powerful. Previously, all keywords were added manually to individual CMS items—like Flows, Courses, and Content—which often led to duplicates via inconsistent naming (think “recipe” vs. “recipes”). With this update, keywords now work smarter and more seamlessly across your portal, drawing from a single shared library to keep naming consistent everywhere.

Here's a more detailed look at how the new keyword system works...

A centralized keyword library now powers all CMS tools, ensuring consistent use of system keywords everywhere.

A new Keyword Picker replaces older input fields, making it easy to find the applicable existing keyword.

You can create portal-level keywords tailored to your portal's needs.

Keyword usage tracking helps you see where and how each keyword is being used.

You can manage your portal-level keywords by editing, archiving, or merging with another keyword.

This update ensures a smoother, more accurate experience for admins and creators, helping you organize and connect content with greater clarity and control.

More Targeted Goals with Keyword Filtering

Building on the new Keyword system, we’ve added keyword filtering to the Page Builder’s Goals component, giving you more control over how members experience content. Now, when adding a Goals component to a page, you can assign a keyword to it, ensuring that only goals with that same keyword will appear in the member’s Goals tile.

This enhancement makes it easier to curate goal content that aligns with the surrounding page theme, helping members stay focused on what’s most relevant to them.

Introducing Easing into Exercise: A Fresh Start for Movement

Say hello to Easing into Exercise, our new beginner fitness program designed to help participants gently transition from sedentary to active living. This refreshed experience replaces the legacy LivingFit course, preserving its original mission—helping people discover the joy of movement—while modernizing the structure, content, and delivery for today’s learners.

Easing into Exercise guides participants through an 8-phase journey that gradually builds physical confidence and internal motivation. Each phase introduces realistic walking goals, positive mindset tools, and meaningful progress milestones that make the path to an active lifestyle feel achievable and rewarding.

Key highlights:

  • Gentle, progressive pacing: Begins with light movement and mindset work, then builds steadily toward the WHO’s recommended 150 minutes per week of activity.

  • Motivation-first design: Uses tools like SMART goals, personal wellness visions, and self-reflection prompts to build lasting internal drive.

  • Behavior change focus: Participants learn to shift their mindset from “I should exercise” to “I want to move.”

  • Integrated program features: Includes streak tracking, phase reminders, and celebration milestones to sustain engagement and momentum.

LivingFit will remain available through the end of this calendar year, giving organizations time to transition participants and update their programming before it’s retired.
