Custom Avatars Lead a Release Full of Engagement Boosts

This release brings exciting updates that put more personality, motivation, and inspiration into the Avidon experience. Our headline story is the launch of Custom Avatars for Social Handles, giving members new ways to express themselves and feel connected in community spaces. We’re also rolling out a brand-new Healthy Habits Reset Challenge, designed to spark fresh momentum with small, sustainable lifestyle changes. And in the content library, you’ll now find a brand-new Coach-Led Webinars category, starting with three powerful sessions that offer practical insights on goal-setting, motivation, and habit formation.

Beyond these highlights, we’ve also delivered usability improvements, expanded reporting options, and introduced new API capabilities that give administrators and partners more control and flexibility. From faster app sign-ins to deeper AutoPilot Challenge reporting and richer health tracker integrations, this release is packed with enhancements that make Avidon smoother, smarter, and more impactful.


Custom Avatars for Social Handles

We’re enhancing social features with the launch of custom avatars, which now appear alongside member social handles in community spaces. In this first release, avatars are live on Challenge leaderboards, team listings, and Group Program listings, making results and participation easier to follow and more engaging.

Members can personalize their look directly in profile settings by:

  • Selecting an icon from curated categories

  • Choosing a background color from brand-approved palettes

  • Previewing the avatar and handle combination before saving

This update helps strengthen personal identity, improve engagement in community features, and ensure consistency across the app. It’s another step toward a richer, more personalized member experience.


Faster, Friction-Free Mobile App Sign-In

We’ve streamlined the mobile app sign-in process with three enhancements designed to save time, reduce errors, and support secure login practices.

  • Remember Email
    After a successful login, the app now pre-fills the email field on future launches on that device. Users can still switch accounts with a “Use different email” option.

  • Show/Hide Password Toggle
    An eye-icon toggle allows users to reveal their password input, helping reduce login typos.

  • Password AutoFill Integration
    Supports Password AutoFill and leading password managers, enabling one-tap credential entry.

Together, these improvements cut average login time, minimize frustration, and encourage the use of strong, secure passwords.


New On-Demand Challenge: Kickstart! Healthy Habits Reset

We’ve added a fresh on-demand challenge designed to help members start small and build momentum toward lasting change. The Kickstart! Healthy Habits Reset Challenge spans four weeks, introducing a new focus area each week:

  1. Improving sleep

  2. Eating balanced meals

  3. Increasing daily movement

  4. Scheduling preventive screenings or annual physicals

With broad appeal and an approachable structure, this challenge is ideal for engaging employees any time they need a motivating reset for life's most important daily wellness patterns.


New System Library Category: Coach-Led Webinars

We’ve expanded the system content library with a new category: Coach-Led Webinars. This collection features recorded sessions where expert coaches share practical insights and inspiration on building healthy habits and improving overall wellness.

To start, three webinars are available:

  • Goal Setting 101

  • The Science of Habit Formation

  • Discovering Your Motivation for Health

This addition offers a new way to communicate fresh perspectives and actionable strategies, while helping organizations keep their populations engaged with high-quality, coach-driven content.


Reporting Support for AutoPilot Challenges

We’ve expanded reporting capabilities to include data from the AutoPilot Challenge series, our centrally managed, turnkey wellness challenges. Clients can now access the same insights for AutoPilot Challenges that are already available for manually managed campaigns.

Reports now include:

  • Participation rates within your population

  • User activity metrics for each challenge

  • Aggregated performance trends over time

These updates allow administrators to track engagement, quantify impact, and incorporate AutoPilot Challenge results into broader wellness reporting. Whether you’re reviewing a single challenge or reporting on long-term trends, this enhancement provides deeper, more complete insights.


Enhanced Report Columns & Group-Based Filtering

We’ve upgraded several reports to improve clarity and flexibility. Standardized columns now include Date, Email, Key Field (e.g., Employee ID), and Group (where applicable), making it easier to scan and analyze data consistently.

In addition, Portal Group filters are now available in multiple reports, allowing administrators to quickly segment populations and evaluate program outcomes.

These updates save time and give program leads more reliable insights across their reporting suite.


Expanded Client API Support for Multi-Value Trackers

We’ve extended the Client API to fully support Create, Read, Update, and Delete (CRUD) functionality for multi-value health trackers, including:

  • Blood Pressure (systolic, diastolic, heart rate)

  • Cholesterol (LDL, HDL, triglycerides, total cholesterol)

  • Sleep (duration, quality, start/end times)

This update enables clients and partners to capture structured health data more seamlessly, integrate external devices or systems, and provide coaches with richer insights. It’s another step toward a developer-friendly API ecosystem that supports deeper integration and more meaningful outcomes.


Reschedule Link via Client API

We’ve added a new property to the Booking Details endpoint: RescheduleLink. This direct URL gives eligible users the ability to reschedule their own appointments.

With this enhancement, client platforms can surface rescheduling options directly, reducing support workload and enabling smoother self-service flows—especially in custom or white-labeled portal experiences.
