This release focuses on one powerful new addition: the Question Library. Designed to make managing and reusing questions easier than ever, the Question Library helps you keep content consistent, improve collaboration, and gain deeper insights into how members engage across Flows, Challenges, Programs, and more.

Manage Questions in the Editor Management Tool

You can now create, edit, and update questions directly in the Editor Management tool. This centralized management approach saves time and ensures consistency across your content. Any changes you make to a question automatically update everywhere that question appears, helping your team maintain a highly organized, single source of truth.

Review Member Responses in the Member Admin

The new Question Library tab in the Member Admin allows you to quickly review individual member responses to library questions. This makes it easier to track engagement, understand behavior patterns, and support members based on their past answers, all without leaving the Member Admin area.

Simply look the member up, click on the Question Library tab, and review responses to any questions from the library:

Analyze Response Data in Reports

We’ve added a Question Library report to help you analyze how questions are performing across your population. This report provides visibility into trends and responses, helping you make data-informed decisions and refine your approach over time. The report can be accessed in the Content Reports category in the Reports section:
