Introducing Two New Dashboard Reports

DATE:
AUTHOR: The Avidon Health team

This sprint we're introducing two powerful new dashboard reports designed to give you deeper visibility into user growth and engagement. These reports will help your teams better understand how people are joining Avidon, where they’re thriving, and where there’s room to improve retention.

The User Lifecycle Dashboard

The User Lifecycle Dashboard gives executives and account managers a clear view of user growth, activity, and demographics. With a mix of all-time snapshots, period-based KPIs, and demographic drill-downs, this report makes it easy to see how adoption, engagement, and retention are shaping up across companies, portals, and groups.

Here are some of the main questions this dashboard answers:

  • How many users are joining and registering?

  • How effectively are new users converting into registered users?

  • What does engagement look like in terms of logins and activity volume?

  • How are retention patterns evolving over time?

  • Which demographic groups (gender, age, time zone) drive the most activity?

  • How do performance metrics vary by company, portal, or portal group?

Key Performance Indicators

Charts

Lifecycle & Engagement

  1. User Lifecycle Funnel – Accounts Added → Accounts Registered.

  2. Activity Over Time – Logins by period, with trend line.

  3. Current Status Snapshot – Pie chart: Active, Inactive, Deleted users.

  4. Registration Trend - Added vs Registered counts per period.

  5. Cumulative Growth - Running totals of Added vs Registered.

Demographics

  1. Gender Distribution – Pie chart showing breakdown of users by gender.

  2. Age Range Distribution – Horizontal bar chart of 18–25, 26–35, 36–50, 51–64, 65+.

  3. Time zone Distribution – Horizontal bar chart of active users by time zone.

The Initial Engagement Dashboard

The Initial Engagement Dashboard shines a spotlight on the critical first week of a user’s journey with Avidon. This report tracks how quickly and how deeply new users begin engaging, making it easier to understand activation patterns, early content use, and short-term retention signals.

With clear comparisons across new user groups, you can quickly see what’s working in the onboarding experience and where there are opportunities to improve.

Some of the key questions this dashboard helps answer include:

  • How soon do new users complete their first meaningful action?

  • Which types of content (courses, challenges, media) spark the most early engagement?

  • What features are being adopted during the first week?

  • How many users return for multiple sessions in those first 7 days?

  • How do onboarding outcomes differ across signup cohorts?

In short, the Initial Engagement Dashboard helps your teams identify the drivers of successful onboarding and take targeted action to reduce early drop-offs.

Key Performance Indicators

Charts

Note: LivingFit Weekly Report Removal

As previously announced, the LivingFit Weekly Report has now been retired from the Reports section. This is part of our ongoing work to modernize and streamline the LivingFit experience.

Looking ahead, at the beginning of Q1 2026, the entire LivingFit course will be replaced with a refreshed version designed to take full advantage of Avidon’s latest tools and features, bringing an even more engaging and effective experience for participants.
