The year is off to a strong start with Avidon’s 2026 Challenge Autopilot, our streamlined system for year-round engagement. With one Challenge scheduled each month, Autopilot keeps members moving forward toward better health habits, all with minimal setup required.
Whether you’re helping members reset their routines, support heart health, or simply stay consistent with the lifestyle fundamentals, Challenge Autopilot ensures there’s always something fresh, timely, and motivating to join. With this release, let's look ahead to take a peek at what's in store with the Challenge Autopilot schedule.
How Challenge Autopilot Works
Challenge Autopilot is designed to simplify planning while keeping engagement high throughout the year.
Each month features a new themed Challenge, often aligned specifically with the month and the season.
For portals with the Autopilot feature enabled, Challenges automatically appear in the Avidon platform on schedule, no manual setup required.
Members can view upcoming Challenge outlines in advance, helping them prepare and build excitement.
This approach keeps the community energized and aligned with your organization’s wellness goals, all year long.
Challenge Registration & Start Guidelines
To keep everything running smoothly, here’s a quick refresher on the Challenge timeline:
Outlines Published: At least six weeks before registration opens
Registration Opens: Final Monday of the month before the Challenge begins
Challenge Start: First Monday of each month

We've started the year strong with a full-body and mind reset to help members establish sustainable wellness routines after the holidays.
February: Mindful Heart Health
Timed perfectly for Heart Month, this Challenge helps members strengthen their cardiovascular health by building awareness of how stress, and our biological and behavioral responses to it, affect the heart.
March: Color Your Plate Challenge
Coming soon and currently viewable in the portal, this Challenge invites members to find new, creative ways to include more whole, colorful foods in their daily and weekly routines to support energy, balance, and overall nutrition.
