In this midsummer release, we’re delivering targeted updates that bring more clarity and calm both for participants and coaches. From a fresh new course on decluttering life to a playful, powerful Challenge that tackles anxiety and an anthropomorphic Worry Wart character, this month is about creating physical and emotional space for what matters. We’ve also added a practical improvement for coaches working with Tasks.

The Neat Magic of Organization—Decluttering Your Life

Clutter isn’t just a mess, it’s a message with an underlying, low-burning stress generator. The Neat Magic of Organization is a supportive, judgment-free course designed to help participants bring more clarity and calm to their lives by reducing both physical and mental clutter. Through thoughtful insights and approachable strategies, mostly related to the simple and highly doable RAPID technique, participants will learn how to reclaim their space, time, and energy in incremental phases.

Topics & Themes: Participants will explore the psychology of clutter and the impact of disorganization on stress levels and productivity. Key strategies include taking action without overthinking, compartmentalizing efforts, and creating sustainable routines that help to maintain organization in the future.

Who Should Take This Course? Anyone seeking a lighter living space and headspace, and especially those who are feeling buried by their environment, schedule, digital spaces, or mental load.

New On-Demand Challenge: Taming the Worry Wart: Building an Anti-Anxiety Toolkit

Anxiety meets its match in this creative, calming, and lightly humorous Challenge.

Taming the Worry Wart is a 3-week On-Demand Challenge that uses neuroscience-backed tools and a lovable “Worry Wart” character to help users quiet their minds, soothe their bodies, and build confidence in managing stress.

Challenge Highlights:

  • Simple weekly phases with calming tools and mindset shifts

  • Playful visuals and storytelling to keep things engaging

  • Reflective journaling, audio practices, and daily trackers

Coaches Can Now Export Task Lists

We’ve added a small but impactful upgrade to the Coaching Dashboard: coaches can now export their Task lists to CSV directly from the Tasks grid pop-up menu.

This enhancement gives coaches a fast, flexible way to track and manage coaching assignments outside the platform, perhaps for deeper analysis or for syncing with other tools.
