General Overview

The Bulk Data Processing feature provides automated file ingestion capabilities for seamless data integration with the Avidon Health platform. This feature enables organizations to automatically import member data, health tracking information, and other critical files into the system without manual intervention.

Automated File Ingestion

FTP Polling: Automatically monitor and retrieve files from client-hosted FTP/SFTP servers on a scheduled basis
Managed Drop-Box: Upload files directly to Avidon Health's secure cloud storage for automatic
processing
Support for multiple data sources with independent configurations per template

Management & Monitoring

Configuration Management: Create, edit, enable/disable, and delete transfer configurations through an intuitive administrative interface
Health Monitoring: Real-time health status indicators (Healthy/Unhealthy) for FTP Polling connections

Transfer Logs: Comprehensive audit trail of all file transfers including timestamps, file names, and processing status
Connection Testing: Validate FTP credentials and connectivity before activating configurations

Manual Control

On-Demand Polling: Trigger immediate file retrieval from FTP sites when needed, bypassing scheduled intervals
