Deep Linking to Challenges and Habit Builders

Up to now, deep linking was available for the course catalog; now we have built deep linking support for two new destinations: the Challenge and Habit Builder pages.

Previously, clients who wanted to link to Challenge and/or Habit Builder pages had to create custom pages with redirects to their desired page, but this new functionality enables deep linking directly to Challenge and Habit Builder pages.
