Enhanced Audit Log Viewer
The Avidon Health platform will now offer a comprehensive audit log viewer, giving administrators and coaches full visibility into platform activity at both the organization level and the individual member level, with powerful filters to zero in on exactly what they need.
What's Changing
Company-level audit log. Administrators can now view a unified activity log scoped to their entire organization — covering all members, coaches, channels, and integrations in one place. This gives compliance officers and program managers a single destination for organization-wide audit reviews without navigating individual records.
Member-level audit log. Every member record now includes a dedicated audit log panel. Coaches and administrators can review the full activity history for any individual — what changed, when, and where the action originated — providing the context needed to deliver informed, personalized support.
Filter by source channel. Narrow log results by where an action originated: Admin Site, Member App, API, Data Import, or Wearable. Especially useful for distinguishing coach-initiated changes from automated integrations or member self-service activity.
Filter by coach or admin. Scope the log to a specific coach or administrator by name. Useful when reviewing a team member's activity or investigating a reported issue tied to a particular user.
Filter by object type. Focus results on a specific category of platform content — Goals, Tracker Entries, Courses, Appointments, Documents, and more — to streamline reviews of a particular feature area or data type.
Filter by action. Isolate events by the type of change that occurred: Created, Updated, Deleted, Status Change, and more. Filter independently to focus on what you're actually looking for.
Contextual descriptions. Many log entries include an additional description field that captures meaningful detail beyond the action itself — for example, the previous and new values on a Status Change, or the specific field modified in an Update. This reduces follow-up investigation and makes the log a richer, self-contained record.

Compliance and accountability. Maintain a clear, complete record of platform activity to support internal audits, regulatory requirements, and organizational accountability — with the filters to surface exactly what a review requires.
Operational transparency. Understand how coaches, members, and integrations are interacting with the platform over time, informing program design, quality assurance, and coach performance conversations.
Faster issue resolution. When a member or coach reports an unexpected change, administrators can quickly trace the source channel, actor, and timestamp of any event — without relying on manual investigation or back-and-forth with support.
Confidence in data integrity. With full visibility into every creation, update, and deletion across object types and channels, your team can trust that the data in the platform accurately reflects intended program activity.
The Enhanced Audit Log Viewer reflects our commitment to giving clients the tools they need to run accountable, well-governed programs at scale. Access is role-based — company-level logs are available to administrators, while member-level logs are accessible to coaches and administrators within their permitted scope.
