Enhanced Report Columns & Group-Based Filtering
We’re rolling out a set of powerful enhancements to our reporting suite, aimed at improving consistency, usability, and filtering across key data views. These updates are part of our ongoing effort to standardize available data across reports and make it easier for clients to find the insights they need—fast.
Standardized Columns in Details Views
To improve clarity and simplify cross-report analysis, we’re adding or updating the following columns across several key reports:
Date
Now consistently appears as the first column, improving sortability and scanability.
Column headings like "Registered Date" and "Event Date" are now simply labeled “Date” for consistency.
Email (new)
Displays the participant’s email address directly in each row—no need to cross-reference.
Key Field (new)
Surfaces your organization’s unique identifier (such as Employee ID), supporting deeper analysis and exports.
Group (new, where applicable)
Allows better segmentation and visibility into participation by assigned groups.

New Filters: Portal Group Support
Several reports will now include Portal Group filters, making it easier to drill into data for specific cohorts within your population. This adds flexibility and speeds up program-level evaluation.
