Initial Engagement Dashboard Report
We’re adding a new Initial Engagement Dashboard that helps teams understand how users interact with Avidon during their first week. This report highlights activation, early content engagement, feature adoption, and short-term retention signals—making it easier to see what drives successful onboarding and where drop-offs occur.
Purpose & Goals
The dashboard measures how quickly and how deeply new users engage in their first 7 days, giving visibility into activation patterns and early behavior. It supports comparisons across signup cohorts to spot trends in onboarding effectiveness and opportunities to strengthen retention.
Key questions it answers:
How quickly do users complete their first meaningful action?
What types of content (courses, challenges, media) drive the highest early engagement rates?
Which features are being adopted in the first week?
How many new users return for multiple sessions?
How do onboarding outcomes compare across signup cohorts?
