New "Autumn Movement" Autopilot Challenge

As with all 2026 Autopilot Challenges, this Challenge begins on the first Monday of its assigned month, October, and registration opens the previous Monday and lasts for two weeks.

Autumn Movements & Moments is a two-week Challenge built on the reasonable premise that October is one of the better months to be outside — and that moving through it counts. Rather than structured workouts, this Challenge focuses on everyday motion: fall walks, seasonal chores, taking the longer route home. Week 1 is about exploring and noticing; Week 2 is about finding a rhythm that actually sticks. Throughout both phases, participants build their own Autumn List — one small observation about the season after each activity, a growing record of what they noticed while they were in motion. If a week goes sideways and the streak breaks, the restart instruction is exactly as forgiving as it sounds: take a 10-minute walk.
