New "Mindful Heart Health" Challenge for Autopilot
Mindful Heart Health is an upcoming 3-week Challenge designed to help participants support their heart in the context of real, everyday life. Instead of focusing on strict rules or major lifestyle changes, this Challenge emphasizes awareness, small intentional choices, and learning how to respond to stress, effort, and daily pressures in ways that support heart health.
Through short daily activities and gentle reflection, participants will build practical skills they can use each day. They'll begin the Challenge by simply noticing how their heart responds, then choosing supportive actions (even when it’s inconvenient), and in phase 3, learning how to support their heart just after a stressful or emotional moment has occurred. The goal is not perfection, but sustainable, everyday heart support that fits into real life.
