New Mobile App Promotion Banner and Desktop CTAs

We're adding a few strategic promotions for the Avidon mobile app--available throughout the US and Canada--aimed at users in mobile app-enabled portals who have yet to download the app. This effort supports our mobile-first strategy where premium features, like the Apple Health/Google Fit syncs, are exclusive to the app.
We're adding a dismissable web banner that will display for mobile web users, encouraging them to improve their experience by downloading the native app.
We're adding a "Get the Mobile App" section to the My Profile page for desktop users that will include a QR code that routes directly to the user's applicable store.
We're also adding a "Get the Mobile App" link footer CTA link in the site footer for desktop users.
