New On-Demand Challenge: The Creativity Challenge

This Challenge is about warming up the imagination and reigniting the creative spark. Whether you’re a doodler, a daydreamer, or someone who hasn’t touched a crayon since kindergarten, this challenge is for everyone. Through daily prompts, playful exercises, and curiosity-boosting tasks, participants will explore new ways of thinking, bust through mental blocks, and rediscover the joy of creating without the pressure of perfection.

Each day focuses on a bite-sized creative push (like visual journaling, storytelling, doodle challenges, or having fun with someone else by doing a cooperative exercise or game) blending reflection, fun, and just a little brain science. By the end, participants will have a mini portfolio of their creativity in action and a toolkit to keep the juices flowing long after the challenge ends.
