New "Sunsmart Summer" Autopilot Challenge

As with all 2026 Autopilot Challenges, this Challenge begins on the first Monday of its assigned month, July, and registration opens the previous Monday and lasts for two weeks.

The SunSmart Summer Challenge is a short, seven-day experience designed to help participants stop relying on willpower and start relying on systems. Rather than revisiting the case for drinking more water or wearing sunscreen — most of us already know — this Challenge focuses on cue installation and friction reduction, helping participants set up their environment so that summer self-care becomes more automatic and less forgettable. It will also, genuinely, be a good time.
