Personalized & Dynamic Member Dashboard
We are redesigning the member post-login dashboard to provide a personalized, engaging, and action-oriented experience for all members. By leveraging Health Age Predictor (HAP) insights, keyword tagging across content/goals, and dynamic progress tracking, the new dashboard will guide members toward their next best action, improve engagement with wellness programs, and support long-term habit change.
Objectives (Client Benefits):
Increase Member Engagement: Encourage members to return frequently by surfacing in-progress activities (courses, habit builders, challenges, goals) prominently.
Support Retention: Drive program completion through dynamic “next step” recommendations tied to members’ HAP results, active goals, and past activity.
Personalize Experience: Deliver tailored recommendations from the content library (articles, videos, podcasts) aligned with each member’s health profile and journey stage.
Enable Nudging & Motivation: Integrate notifications, progress cues, and milestone celebrations to keep members motivated and on track.
Prepare for Coaching Support: Establish a flexible dashboard framework that can later incorporate coach-assigned tasks and direct coach communications.
Promote Seasonal/Topical Campaigns: Provide space for highlighting client-driven monthly wellness challenges and national health campaigns.
