Redesigned Admin Experience

We're undertaking a significant upgrade to the Avidon Health admin website — modernizing the navigation, refreshing the visual design, and optimizing the experience for tablet use. This initiative applies to the shared shell used by both administrators and coaches, and it represents the foundation for a series of screen-level improvements that will roll out incrementally over time.

What's Changing

• Modernized Navigation Architecture — The core navigation is being redesigned to improve feature discovery and reduce the number of clicks required to reach the tools administrators and coaches use most. As the platform has grown — adding programs, reports, communications, and configuration tools — the current navigation structure hasn't kept pace. The new design organizes the product around the way teams actually work, making it easier to find what you need without memorizing where things live.

• Refreshed Visual Design — The admin and coach interfaces are receiving an updated look and feel that brings the experience in line with modern design standards and creates better visual consistency across the product. The refresh improves readability, reduces visual clutter, and establishes a design foundation that new and updated screens will build on going forward.

  

• Tablet-Optimized Experience — Many administrators and coaches access the platform from tablets — during meetings, on the floor, or between sessions. The upgraded experience is designed to work well across screen sizes, with responsive layouts and touch-friendly interactions that make the admin just as productive on a tablet as it is on a desktop.

• A New Front Door — The pre-authentication landing page is being redesigned to reflect the quality of the product behind it. The updated sign-in experience presents a polished, branded entry point — with clear paths for existing users to sign in and for new visitors to start a free demo.

  

• Incremental Screen Upgrades — This release focuses on the navigation shell and overall framework. Individual screens — reports, member management, content tools, settings — will be updated progressively within the new design system. Each update will feel familiar from the moment it arrives because it inherits the navigation and visual patterns established here.

This is the most significant update to the Avidon Health admin experience in the platform's history.
