Reschedule Link via Client API

In response to client feedback, we’re making a small but valuable enhancement to the Booking Details endpoint of our Client API.

What’s Changing

The GET Booking Details method will now include a new property:

• RescheduleLink: A direct URL that enables eligible users to reschedule their booking.

This addition gives clients more autonomy in managing their appointments.

Why It Matters

By exposing the RescheduleLink directly in the API:

• Client platforms can display or embed reschedule options contextually, improving the end-user experience.

• Support teams can reduce manual effort related to rescheduling requests.

• Integrators can build richer self-service flows, especially in white-labeled or custom portal experiences.

This update empowers partners with greater flexibility while maintaining secure, permission-based access to scheduling functionality.
