Updated Member Search with Expanded Bulk Actions

We're overhauling Member Search with server-side pagination, saved search presets, and six bulk actions—giving admin teams the power to find, filter, and act on their full membership at scale, without the limitations of the previous search experience.

What's Changing

• Unlimited Member Search The previous search experience capped results at 1,000 records and filtered only what was visible on screen. Member Search now supports full-population searches across programs of any size. Results are paginated and accurate—reflecting your full member list, not just the loaded rows.

• Bookmarkable Searches & Saved Presets Search configuration—including active filters, visible columns, and sort order—is now encoded in the URL, making any search bookmarkable and shareable across your team. Admins can also save named search presets for frequent queries and reopen them in a single click.

• Smarter Member Selection Two selection modes give you precision control over bulk operations. Use individual cross-page checkboxes to hand-pick specific members across paginated results, or use "Select all matching current filters" to target your entire filtered result set at once—whether that's 50 members or 50,000.

• Six Bulk Actions The previous Send Email and Send SMS actions are now joined by four new bulk actions, and the recipient limits for both messaging actions have been raised from 1,000 to 5,000.

• Consolidated Filter Panel A new overlay filter panel replaces the previous column-level filters, bringing 20+ server-side filters together in a single, organized view with collapsible sections. Every filter applies to your full dataset—not just the visible page—so your results are always a true reflection of your membership.
