The client admin website offers in-depth reports on course-participant behavior, all of which are located on the "Reports List" page.
When a company user logs on to the SelfHelpWorks admin website, they land on the dashboard. The dashboard presents some quick-stats that provide a general, easily consumable overview of participant behavior in SelfHelpWorks courses over the previous 30 days.
The Reports List: Four Types
To gain greater insight into participant activity, click on "Reports" in the navigation bar.
The Reports List contains four report-types (listed below), all of which can be generated for a selected time-span (by choosing a "Start Date" and an "End Date") and filtered for specific portals and/or groups, if necessary.
Course Event Summary
This report shows the overall number of participants who have reached the following key course milestones (or course event):
- Course started
- Core sessions completed (the most important sessions of a behavioral change course that prepare the participant for change, and then carry them through the "breakthrough session")
- Course completed
- Course restarted
After generating the report, a bar graph displays the number of participants who have achieved the course event within the selected course or courses. A drop-down allows a new report to be generated for a different course event.
Beneath the bar graph, a simple chart has all data for all four events reached within the course or courses selected.
Course Progress Summary
A brief explanation: All of our courses are split into sessions, which are delivered individually to the participant over the structured course curriculum.
A line graph displays a view of session-by-session progress within a course, and a chart beneath the graph displays the same information--as plain numbers--by portal and group.
Course Event Details
This report is related to the Course Event Summary Report, as it also focuses on participant achievement of course events. What differentiates this report is that it allows the user to see the specific individuals who have achieved one or more of the course events. Participants may be identifiable by name, email, and company ID.
Before generating a report, the user should select either a specific course or all courses, and the event for which they want to run the report.
This report is particularly useful for companies that offer their employees incentives or for those companies who want to verify or check on the progress of specific participants.
LivingFit Weekly Activity
Participants in the 12-week LivingFit program record their walking-minutes on a weekly basis, and this report allows you to see the recorded minutes by week for the time range selected. This report is presented as a line graph and, underneath it, a simple chart.
In Summary
The four report types combined offer a comprehensive view into user activity and accomplishment within the SelfHelpWorks solution.
