Participants in any SelfHelpWorks course have the option to watch videos with English or Spanish closed captions. Further, English transcripts for all unlocked support audios in any course are easily viewed on both the web and the mobile app.
All SelfHelpWorks courses are driven primarily by videos in which key concepts are explained and discussed. There are English and Spanish closed captions for all videos in all courses :
The closed captions are useful to participants who are hard of hearing and for those participants who prefer to read along while videos play.

These support audios, located in the course library, expand on certain concepts delivered in the main course sessions. Audios unlock progressively through the courses and augment the material discussed in the main sessions.
