We now enable deep linking of courses and portal features using the SAML Relay State. This is available to any client using the SSO login/registration process.
Deep linking enables a more direct navigation for the user to a landing page most relevant to them. This applies to both new and returning users. Deep linking allows the Member Dashboard to be circumvented so that the user is taken immediately to any course homepage, feature, or tool in the SelfHelpWorks portal. This efficiency helps retain user interest, and can boost engagement and overall satisfaction with their experience.
