This release includes functional expansions and enhancements to the admin website's Content Management tool.

Updates to Content Management Tool

This release includes three content-management updates:

  1. Ability to manage content at the portal level
  2. Option to upload PDFs
  3. Simpler Image-Uploading

The Content Management tool in the admin website allows admins with role-permissions to add and modify various types of platform content.

Managing Content

The admin content library is prepopulated with system articles that span a wide range of health-related topics—system content can be cloned, edited, enabled, and disabled; company admins also have the option to add new articles, called custom content.

When content is enabled, it is accessible to members in the content library feature. Before this release, content could be managed on the company level. Content can now be managed on the portal level, through the Portal Management module in the Settings section of the admin website.

After selecting a portal to manage, the “Content Management” option is listed in the left-side navigator menu:

Managing system and custom content at the portal level enables increased customization within a company profile.

The Option to Upload PDF Content

The process for creating PDF content is similar to creating article content. To add a PDF, select the "CREATE NEW CONTENT" button and choose the PDF content type. You can now upload the PDF and its associated details:

Admin Website Hosts Article Images

Previously, clients were required to host images and provide external links for inclusion in articles. The admin tool now allows for the direct uploading of images inside of article content.

To upload an image:

  • Select the “upload image” icon in the rich-editor tool
  • Drag-and-drop or browse and select the image
