This release oversaw the second wave of Engagement Rx rebranding, the introduction of a new member dashboard, and the implementation of a streamlined SSO process.
New Updates & Features
Second Phase of Rebranding
Our last release on March 8th marked the first phase of the "Engagement Rx" product rebranding for Avidon Health:
This release we are excited to announce the second rebranding phase, which includes the portals website, the support website, and the support emails (in content and sender address).
Rebranding efforts will continue through our next release until all components of our product reflect Avidon Health's Engagement Rx branding.
New Member Dashboard
The member dashboard functions as a home base for members, from which they can navigate to courses, features, and tools related to their health and lifestyle goals.
This release oversaw the re-imagining of the member dashboard—this new design is both a natural extension of the rebranding process and a statement of identity from Avidon Health.
The new dashboard offers aesthetic improvements upon the previous iteration; it is more open and navigational cues are more easily recognized. Most importantly: the homepage has been redesigned with a distinct emphasis on the suggested path for the individual member’s personal health goals and issues.
The page is divided into two main parts:
- The call-to-action tile (CTA tile)
- The recommended resource tiles
It is important to note that both the call-to-action tile and the collection of recommended resource tiles are rules-based. The selection of displayed tiles is determined by criteria related to members, including information collected about them and their interaction with the system.
As clean and simple as this new homepage appears, beneath the surface is an intricately designed and engineered rules-based system that enables us to direct members along an experience path that is personalized to their needs and interests. Together, the CTA tile and the recommended resource tiles lay a foundation that upcoming enhancements in functionality will build upon.
*At the very top of the homepage, members can select the course & feature menu button. They can also view notifications, get support, and access their member profile.
Streamlined SSO Process
Previous to this release, the initial portal login for new SSO users required that they first land on the registration page. As of this release, users whose companies have provided the following fields are auto-registered and delivered directly to their intended destination within our system:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Date of Birth
We have also removed the following fields from the registration page:
- Gender
- Mobile Phone
- Agreement to Terms
This update will simplify the initial login process for new users and get them more quickly to where they want to go.
In Summary
The foremost priority of Avidon Health is providing the member with a user experience that they will enjoy and benefit from, in whatever health related way is most important to them. As we continue the rebranding process into its final stages, we are taking the opportunity to re-imagine key product components for members.
As always, we maintain our diligent focus on user experience and the pursuit of ever-increasing efficacy, scope, and applicability of our product.
