This release includes several enhancements to the flow manager in the admin website.
A flow is an arrangement of various forms and component types—which may include intake data collection—that can be managed on the portal level and issued to members.
This release introduces a new component type and two other enhancements to existing functionality in the admin website’s flow manager.
Previously, flow-component options consisted of forms, content pages, and an alert/appointment scheduling widget. There is now a component type called “Library Content”—selecting this component allows the insertion of any piece of library content that is enabled for the portal.
Once a piece of content is selected, the view of the flow will display the name for easy recognition.
There is now a “View” option which displays the structural composition of the flow. Also, page components can be named, making it easy to distinguish the contents and purpose of each page when viewing a flow.
Here is the view of a flow with clearly identifiable components:
These new updates to the flow manager in the admin website make it easier for clients to assess, edit, and compose flows for their portals. The option to insert library content broadens the scope of flow components to choose from.
