This release includes two updates to the admin website: white labeling options can be configured on the portal and portal-group levels, and a new Audit Log module has been added to the "Reports" section.
SelfHelpWorks' white label feature allows a company to apply custom branding to their account. Not only can white labeling be applied to individual portals, but also to groups within a portal. This allows an organization to sub-brand for individual groups of users.
Every portal has at least one white label configuration called the "default" configuration. Initially, this configuration includes SelfHelpWorks branding. This default configuration can be changed, as necessary, with your own custom settings.
Group level white label configurations are managed by adding new white label configurations through the Portal Management module of the "Settings" section. Once new configurations are created, a group is associated to a specific white label configuration through the Portal Group Management module of the "Settings" section.
Configuration name: This is a friendly name that will identify this particular configuration.
White label suffix: This determines the browser path that users will see when entering the SelfHelpWorks system.
Logout destination: This determines where users will be delivered after logging out of the SelfHelpWorks system.
Custom logo & Custom Favicon: Logos and favicons can be easily uploaded and sized using the bounding box (a sizing and cropping tool that assures the image will fit within system requirements):
Custom landing page messaging: The message can be up to 1,000 characters and can be used to greet new and returning users:
Clients can utilize the white labeling functionality to customize design elements, messaging, and navigational routes they want their users to experience within the SelfHelpWorks system. This can be done on the portal or portal-group level.
Users will recognize company logos and see messaging tailored to them from their own company in both overt and subtle ways (landing page, URL prefix).
An audit log has been added to the "Reports" section of the admin website.
The audit log records all changes made to a company account, keeping track of what change was made, who made the change, and when the change took place. This report is useful for regulatory compliance where auditing of system changes is required. Here is an example list of logged actions:
The report table lists the logged events with details related to each event displayed in columns:

Viewing the history of changes made to portals and portal-groups is as simple as entering the Audit Log module in the "Reports" section of the admin website. Clients can view changes made to portals and portal-groups and the contextual details of the changes.
