This release includes additions to the admin website, white-labeling expansion, and a minor update to the mobile experience. 

New Updates & Features

UPDATES TO ADMIN WEBSITE

Our new admin website continues to expand in features and capabilities. Several updates were made with this release. 

The website has been slightly restructured for organizational purposes and the accommodation of a new menu-option called "Tools," which now contains the Course Activation Codes module.  

Other significant updates occurred inside the "Settings" section and are related primarily to the management of portals and portal-groups. 

Portal Management Module:

This module allows clients to configure and manage portals. We will continue to expand functionality of portal management until we reach the end-goal of enabling clients to fully and independently manage their experience with SelfHelpWorks. 

The Portal Dashboard

The portal dashboard contains an overview of active courses, enabled features, and portal-groups (subsets of the portal) that are specifically related to this portal. There is a menu on the left of the dashboard page:

From this menu, the admin-user can manage the portal's current settings, including:

  • Courses and features—the courses that are available and the features that are enabled in this portal.
  • User authentication—the method of authentication that members in this portal will use to sign into the SelfHelpWorks system.
  • General settings—the activation state and the friendly name of the portal (there is also an option to delete the portal in this section).

Portal group management module:

A portal-group is a subset of a portal that allows for its own name and independently run reporting data. This module is for the creation and management of groups within a parent portal. Admin-users can add friendly group names for reports, hide specific groups from reports, and manually add groups to portals. 

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR THE client:

Our admin website continues to expand and this release introduced features and capabilities that provide significant gains in portal and portal-group management. 

TEXT MESSAGES TO USERS VIEWABLE IN ADMIN WEBSITE

A complete history of text messages sent to course participants can be seen in the "Customer Service" module under the notifications section in the admin website. This is particularly useful for coaches who want to be completely aware of all messaging sent to members. 

Note: All email communication is also available in the notifications section. 

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR THE client:

Coaches can review a history of all communication sent to members for a complete context. 

WHITE-LABELING ADDED TO COMPLETION CERTIFICATES

When a participant completes any SelfHelpWorks course, they are instructed via email to print their completion certificate from the "transcripts" section of the member profile.

Completion certificates are dynamically created PDFs that auto-fill the participant's name and the date when the program was completed. Now, when you have white-labeling set up, the SelfHelpWorks logo will be replaced by your brand logo inside the completion certificates:

UPDATE TO MATERIALS IN MOBILE APP

In the previous release, we separated assignments and reading materials in all sessions of all courses accessed through the SelfHelpWorks website. This release we have continued the effort and split all assignments and reading materials accessed as PDFs through the mobile app.

What this means for the user:

This effort synchronizes the presentation and delivery of the assignments and reading materials whether the participant is accessing them via the website or the mobile app.
