We’re laying the foundation for the 2026 Autopilot Challenges calendar, and we’re excited to give you an early look. While still in development, this schedule is designed to help you forecast and plan engagement strategies well ahead of the new year.

In 2026, you can expect a full year of momentum-building wellness activities: one Challenge each month, tied to national health awareness themes or seasonally relevant topics (or both). Each Challenge will be short and impactful (four weeks or less), with built-in leaderboards to spark friendly competition and celebrate progress. We’re also extending registration windows to give you more flexibility when promoting and enrolling participants.

Here’s what’s ahead for the 2026 Challenge Autopilot:

    Refresh routines across sleep, nutrition, movement, and preventive care.

  • February – Pump Up the Beat: Heart Health Challenge
    Build heart-healthy habits through approachable actions.

  • March – Color Your Plate: Whole Food Challenge
    Focus on colorful produce, healthier swaps, and reducing processed foods.

  • April – Spring Renewal Challenge
    Declutter, organize, and recharge mentally for a fresh start.

  • May – Mental Health Challenge
    Strengthen resilience, reduce stress, and prioritize quality sleep.

  • June – Brain Health Challenge
    Explore cognitive-supportive habits and enjoyable mind-stimulating activities.

  • July – Hydration & Sun Safety Challenge
    Pair summer wellness habits with outdoor fun and social connection.

  • August – Time Mastery Challenge
    Improve planning, prioritization, and balance during late-summer transitions.

  • September – Pause and Connect Challenge
    Nurture relationships and calm during the busy back-to-school season.

  • October – Fall Fitness Challenge
    Stay active with accessible, seasonal movement before the holidays.

  • November – Healthy Holidays Challenge
    Find balance with food, movement, and stress management during festive months.

  • December – Digital Boundaries Challenge
    Reset screen-time habits while reflecting and setting goals for the year ahead.
