Coaching Dashboard: "Tasks Completed" Toggle Added

The coaching dashboard will now include a toggle to view tasks completed in the last 30, 90, or 365 days, giving coaches quick visibility into recent progress and follow-through.

Completed tasks are clearly marked with summary text and strikethrough styling for easy scanning.
