Data Processing System Enhancements and Updates

We’re introducing a set of enhancements to the Data Processing system that expand template flexibility, improve operational visibility, and ensure better alignment with portal-level member profile pre- and post-registration rules.

1. This update includes new member profile mappings in Data Processing templates for Culture Code and Subscription Tier. When either of these options are mapped to a field, it will update the respective member profile field.

2. We’re also adding alert notification support at the template level. Templates can be configured to send an email notification to a designated address when file processing is completed (whether successful or unsuccessful) providing better visibility into processing outcomes without requiring manual monitoring.

3. Finally, we're adding data processing support for updating portal profile settings, ensuring that member profile updates respect pre- and post-registration rules that are defined at the portal level. A new setting, enabled by default for new templates, will ensure templates follow these portal rules automatically when updating member data.

Together, these enhancements improve control, transparency, and data integrity across the Data Processing workflow.
