Member Notes Now Support Document Attachments

Coaches and admins can attach files, PDFs, images (PNG/JPG), and DOCX, directly to a Note on a member's record. Every upload passes through malware scanning before it's available to anyone but the person who uploaded it. PDFs and images preview inline; DOCX files are download-only. Notes and their attachments remain internal coaching artifacts: members never see them, and members can't upload to them either.

Why It Matters

Supporting documents live with the record—attachments sit directly on the Note they relate to, easy to find later.
Security built in from the start—every file passes malware scanning before anyone but the uploader can access it.
