New Flow Component: Journal Entry

A Journal Entry component can be added to Flows, giving members a chance to reflect as they progress. When a member reaches this step, they’ll see the familiar journal editor (rich text, emoji, and image upload where enabled), and their entry is saved directly to their journal.

Flow creators can pre-populate a reflection prompt (like “Reflect on today’s biggest win”) and decide whether the entry is required or optional for completing the Flow.
