New On-Demand Challenge: The Anti-Anxiety Challenge

In this multi-week Challenge, participants will build a personalized, science-backed toolkit for calming anxiety, regulating stress, and feeling more grounded.

Each phase introduces a core anxiety-regulation skill, like breathwork, nervous system resets, or reframing anxious thoughts, and gives participants the time and space to try it out in real life. With short readings, audio tools (like meditations and visualizations), and a few focused prompts per week, the Challenge is designed to reduce random overwhelm and recurring worries by helping participants discover what actually works for them.

Participants will explore:

  • Weekly bite-sized lessons on anxiety, the brain, and self-regulation

  • Gentle reflection flows to increase awareness and self-compassion

  • Anchoring practices like guided meditations, movement, or breathwork

  • Practical experiments to apply techniques in daily life

By the end of the Challenge, participants will have:

  • A custom toolkit of go-to strategies to calm anxiety

  • More awareness of their personal stress patterns and responses

  • Greater confidence in their ability to self-regulate and find calm
