We’re improving how keywords work across all CMS tools in Avidon. Previously, keywords were added individually to Flows, Content, Courses, and other CMS objects, often resulting in duplicates or inconsistent naming (e.g., recipe vs. recipes).
What’s changing:
A new Keyword Picker will replace existing keyword input fields in all CMS objects.
System keywords will now come from a centralized keyword library, ensuring consistency across your portal.
Admins will be able to create portal-level keywords to suit their organization’s specific needs.
Keyword usage will be trackable, helping you understand how and where each keyword is applied across the platform.
